Hierbei steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Es handelt sich um eine \u00ab\u00a0Front-Line-Aktion\u00a0\u00bb, die darauf abzielt, die beruflichen und pers\u00f6nlichen Karrierewege von Landwirten in Schwierigkeiten zu sichern. Sie l\u00e4sst sich wie folgt zusammenfassen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Beantworten Sie den Aufruf des Landwirts und h\u00f6ren Sie auf die Anfrage;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Helfen Sie der Person, seine Situation zu analysieren, den notwendigen Schritt zur\u00fcck zu gehen und eine kritische Reflexion \u00fcber seine eigene Situation zu nehmen;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Helfen Sie ihnen, Probleme zu l\u00f6sen, indem Sie sie in den Mittelpunkt der Entscheidungen stellen.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mehrfach von aufeinanderfolgenden Krisen betroffen, rufen immer mehr europ\u00e4ische Landwirte diese vier Verb\u00e4nde auf. Die Landfachleute sind eine Bev\u00f6lkerung, deren psychische Gesundheit einem hohen Risiko ausgesetzt ist.<\/p>\n<p>In den vier L\u00e4ndern der Partnerschaft stellen die Organisationen fest, dass die psychische Gesundheit von Landwirten, die mit Schwierigkeiten konfrontiert sind, stark beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird und dass Die Situationen immer komplexer werden (Selbstmord oder Selbstmordabsicht, Gef\u00fchle des Versagens). Impotenz, Nichtanerkennung, Sorge, Unzufriedenheit.<\/p>\n<p>Selbstvertrauen und Selbstwertgef\u00fchl sind anerkannte Faktoren f\u00fcr eine gute psychische Gesundheit <em>(Quelle: WHO. Mental Health Risks: An overview of Vulnerabilities and Risk Factors, 2012).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Im Laufe des Jahres 2016 trafen sich Organisationen mehrmals und f\u00fchrten zu internen und externen Ressourcen unter den begleiteten Landwirten, die einst das Selbstwertgef\u00fchl f\u00f6rderten und entscheidung. Das Problem ist die F\u00e4higkeit von Organisationen, diese Ressourcen zu identifizieren und zu mobilisieren.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Ziele des Erasmus+ Projekts<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mit dem Ziel, den Weg schutzbed\u00fcrftiger Landwirte zu sichern, den die vier Verb\u00e4nde begleiten, und ihnen zu helfen, in ihrem Leben zur\u00fcckzuschlagen, zielt das Projekt darauf ab,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erm\u00f6glichen Sie es den Menschen, eine angemessene Haltung zu den mit ihrem Beruf verbundenen Schwierigkeiten einzunehmen, unabh\u00e4ngig vom Ausma\u00df dieser Schwierigkeiten (Wirtschaft, Gesundheit, Soziales, Zwischenmenschliches, Relational)<\/li>\n<li>Lernen Sie, ihre internen und externen Ressourcen zu identifizieren, zu erkennen und zu mobilisieren, um Herausforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dazu wird ein Schulungsmodul f\u00fcr die Zielgruppe sowie eine Infografik in 3 Sprachen (Franz\u00f6sisch, Deutsch, Englisch) konzipiert. Dieses Schulungsmodul wird schlie\u00dflich in der Lage sein, in die Grundausbildung der Betreuer unserer Organisationen einzutreten.<\/p>\n<p><em>Dieses Projekt wird mit Unterst\u00fctzung der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission finanziert.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Diese Ver\u00f6ffentlichung besch\u00e4ftigt nur ihren Autor.
